Cornerstone Park Community Governance and Management
Our community is governed by a “parent association” and two “sub-associations”, each with its own Board of Directors. Each community is managed by a different property management company.
CORNERSTONE PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. (“Parent Association”)
This association is responsible for the upkeep of the overall community common areas like the community entrance landscaping; stormwater ponds; clubhouse, pool and parking lot; etc. It also ensures adherence by single-family homeowners to architectural and community rules, regulation and guidelines.
All Cornerstone Park lot owners (single-family, attached homes, townhomes) support this association with dues collected twice each year. (This is in addition to dues collected separately by the attached homes and townhomes sub-associations.)

CORNERSTONE PARK SINGLE-FAMILY ATTACHED RESIDENCES ASSOCIATION, INC. (“Cottages Association”)
This sub-association overseas cottages community common area items such as landscaping, sidewalks and parking areas throughout the cottages community. It also ensures cottages owners adhere to cottages rules, regulations and guidelines.
Cottages owners pay dues monthly to support the cottages association. These dues are in addition to those paid bi-annually to support the parent association.

The townhomes association overseas townhomes community common area items such as landscaping, sidewalks, parking areas, private streets, dog waste stations. It also maintains many exterior items to the buildings and ensures adherence by townhomes owners to townhomes rules, regulations and guidelines.
In addition to dues paid bi-annually to support the “parent association”, townhomes homeowners pay dues monthly to support the townhomes association.
